Through Skillfully Sculpted, clients can take local and online fitness classes such a caribbean cardio, yoga, aerobic kickboxing.

About Rashida A. Marshall

Shaping You Into Your Best Self 

Rashida A. Marshall has always had a love for learning and sharing the importance of health and wellness. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science.

Rashida has received certifications in personal training, group fitness instruction, prenatal/postpartum exercise design and and nutrition coaching. She is also the editor-in-chief and publisher of AFIYA Magazine, an extension of Skillfully Sculpted, which was created as a means of providing black women with health information and resources that are reflective of us and our lifestyles. Rashida A. Marshall has also been competing in bodybuilding competitions for 5 years and received the title of World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) Figure Professional in July of 2015.
